Planetary Peace
Partnership
A new global alliance for People, Planet & Peace
Planetary Peace Partnership
Humanity is living through a convergence of crises: ecological disruption, geopolitical fragmentation, social polarization, and accelerating technology. These pressures reinforce one another, eroding trust and increasing the risks of conflict across regions.
The Planetary Peace Partnership (PPP) responds to this moment with a new understanding of peace.
Peace is more than the absence of war. It is the presence of regenerative relationships within ourselves, between people, between humanity and nature, and between present and future generations.
Planetary Peace invites us to rediscover our capacity to cooperate, regenerate, and live as one human family on a shared Earth.
Why Planetary Peace?
The challenges of our time are systemic and interconnected.
Climate instability, biodiversity loss, social fragility, geopolitical tensions, and technological disruption cannot be addressed independently. Healing one dimension increasingly requires us to heal the relationships between all of them.
Traditional peace frameworks have largely been shaped around conflict, war, and state-to-state relations. The complexity of today's world calls for something broader: a grammar of peace that is relational, embodied, regenerative, and capable of holding complexity and diversity.
Planetary Peace starts from a simple proposition:
Peace with the Earth, peace among people, and peace across generations are inseparable.
Three Domains of Planetary Peace
PPP brings together three interconnected domains. Each addresses a critical dimension of the planetary transition while contributing to a shared vision of peace.
-
Regenerative Relationships
Planetary Peace begins with restoring our relationship with the Earth.
Climate instability, biodiversity loss, and ecological degradation are increasingly connected to social vulnerability and conflict. This domain explores how regenerative practices and nature-based solutions can restore both ecosystems and human relationships with the living world.
From food systems and land stewardship to conscious ways of living, the focus is on practices that reconnect people with the ecosystems that sustain life.
Peace with nature is foundational to peace among humans.
Focus areas
Regenerative agriculture and food systems
Biodiversity and ecosystem restoration
Nature-based solutions
Land and community stewardship
Conscious and regenerative ways of living
Intergenerational responsibility
-
Trust, Stewardship & Shared Futures
The complexity of today's polycrisis calls for a new diplomatic imagination.
Planetary Peace expands the practice of diplomacy beyond traditional state-centered approaches, bringing together peacebuilders, mediators, communities, cultural actors, and moral authorities.
The goal is to cultivate a grammar of peace rooted in trust, reconciliation, shared stewardship, and the capacity to hold difference without fragmentation.
Focus areas
Trust-building and reconciliation
Dialogue and mediation
Cross-cultural collaboration
Intergenerational dialogue
Community peacebuilding
Shared stewardship and responsibility
The question is not simply how we resolve conflict, but how we strengthen humanity's capacity to cooperate.
-
Guiding Emerging Power
Emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are reshaping human systems at unprecedented speed.
These technologies hold enormous potential to support human and planetary flourishing. They also raise profound questions around inequality, surveillance, security, militarization, and the concentration of power.
PPP creates space for technologists, policymakers, communities, and citizens to explore how emerging technologies can be guided by planetary responsibility and human dignity.
Focus areas
Ethical technology and AI
Collective intelligence
Human dignity and technological responsibility
Technology governance
Social and ecological impact
Peace-oriented innovation
Technology should serve life, not undermine it.
Women Leading Food Systems Transformation
We are raising funds to sponsor women farmers and food entrepreneurs to attend the first-ever Global Conscious Food Systems Summit in Bhutan from 31 August – 4 September 2026. Beyond the summit, they will benefit from a mentorship program for longer term impact.
Climate Bridges is closely involved in the programming of the event and has been invited by the UNDP Secretariat supporting the Global Conscious Food Systems Summit to be the thematic lead for the Women Leadership Circle.

The Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA), convened by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is a movement of food, agriculture, and consciousness practitioners united around a common goal: to support people from across food and agriculture systems to cultivate the inner capacities that activate systemic change and regeneration.
Together with CoFSA, Climate Bridges has worked on several initiatives, including the Global Climate Meditation for COP30, the launch of the CoFSA Switzerland Hub and the Global Conscious Food Systems Summit in Bhutan, where we are actively contributing to shape the content, as well as ensuring that important stakeholders - namely, women farmers - are guaranteed a seat at the table.

The Food and Climate Action Group is an independent coalition of 25+ international NGOs evolving from the 50by40 partnership network, advocating for food systems transformation within the UNFCCC framework and United Nations spaces. The coalition's mission is to reduce our reliance on industrial animal-centric food systems as a pathway to stay within the Paris Agreement targets. The group promotes a shift towards more plant-rich, affordable, healthy diets, and equitable and resilient agroecological practices that benefit small-scale producers and communities.
Real Food Systems and Climate Bridges are aligned well with this group, similarly driven by collective impact. The coalition publishes submissions and open letters to UN platforms (it is also advocating to increase plant-based foods in UN cafeterias and UN-related catering). Some examples of recent submissions can be found here.

Alliance Verte Suisse is an independent Swiss association working to advance ecological regeneration and sustainable development across Switzerland. Its work focuses on initiatives that support biodiversity, organic and regenerative agriculture, sustainable food systems, and the restoration of healthy ecosystems in both rural and urban areas. The organisation brings together citizens, experts, businesses, and other stakeholders to promote practical action for healthier soils, greater biodiversity, and more sustainable food and land-use systems.
Climate Bridges are aligned well with Alliance Verte Suisse, particularly through our shared focus on transforming food systems and supporting ecological regeneration. The partnership creates opportunities to connect food, climate, biodiversity, and regenerative agriculture, while contributing to a shift towards food systems that are healthier for people, better for farmers, and more supportive of ecosystems.
