Be One Mentoring supports individuals pursuing or transitioning into careers in sustainability, climate action, and environmental protection—while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our program provides high-potential professionals with practical tools, leadership skills, valuable connections, and expert guidance to drive meaningful impact in addressing the planetary emergency.

They aim for the most crucial and meaningful goal in life: contributing to a better world for people and the planet. They are the ones whom we should provide with high-level mentoring to help them transition to high-impact leadership, jobs, volunteering and activism.

In particular, the program seeks to provide practical tools, leadership skills, network contacts and orientation advice to high-potential individuals who are dedicated to addressing the planetary emergency.

At Climate Bridges, we believe that any Outer Transformation of practices, systems, societies, can only happen - and indeed be sustainable, if it is supported by an inner transformation. As humans, members of society, neighbours, friends or family, we need to ensure that our own foundation is strong, so we may show up and help strengthen other foundations in a sustainable way.

This belief shapes our ways of being and doing, our ways of working as a team and collaboration with our partners and community. It informs how we approach partnerships and projects as we all work together in the here and now, to ensure that there still is a tomorrow.

A group of passionate and inspiring women supported by men are uniting to shape a sustainable future for all. The Planet is warming up faster than predicted by previous IPCC scientific reports. We are in a climate emergency: we need to curb global emissions and prepare more resilient communities for the systemic shocks that are coming. Women are often the pioneers of climate solutions and the champions of resilience: their representation and meaningful participation at all levels of decision-making is key to the systemic transformation of society.
