We focus on the human side of climate transformation by investing in hear-centered leadership to harness and unlock the power of collective action for systems change.

Planetary Peace Partnership
Humanity is facing a convergence of ecological, geopolitical, social and technological crises that are deeply interconnected. The Planetary Peace Partnership brings together leaders and changemakers around a new understanding of peace, one that goes beyond the absence of conflict to foster regenerative relationships within ourselves, between people, with nature, and across generations.
Through dialogue, trust-building and collective action, we are building bridges towards a more peaceful, regenerative and resilient future for People, Planet & Peace.

Food Systems Transformation
For decades, the industrial food model has eroded planetary health and human well-being. Climate Bridges advocates for a holistic shift: the adoption of agroecology, unlocking triple wins for climate, people and nature. We can start with local projects, build bridges to regional programs, and together aim for global transformation. Agroecology is not a niche alternative, but rather a transformative approach that regenerates ecosystems, restores soil health, and builds resilient communities that produce nutrient-rich food systems ready to thrive in a changing climate. When women lead, communities thrive. As pioneers of climate solutions and champions of resilience, their full participation is key to systemic transformation.
Through our partnership with the International Gender Champions, we engage leaders committed to advancing gender equality and climate action. At the same time, Be One Mentoring empowers women and aspiring leaders through intergenerational exchange, practical tools, and strong networks — an all-rounded approach that equips the next generation to thrive in sustainability while maintaining balance and wellbeing.
