“The great work of social transformation begins with the first small step of stopping, calming, relaxing, reflecting and acting in a beneficial way.”

Inner to Outer Transformation:
Mindfulness in Practice

At Climate Bridges, we believe that any Outer Transformation of practices, systems, societies, can only happen - and indeed be sustainable, if it is supported by an inner transformation. As humans, members of society, neighbours, friends or family, we need to ensure that our own foundation is strong, so we may show up and help strengthen other foundations in a sustainable way.

This belief shapes our ways of being and doing, our ways of working as a team and collaboration with our partners and community. It informs how we approach partnerships and projects as we all work together in the here and now, to ensure that there still is a tomorrow.

Mindful Circles: The Team

  • My classes invite you to slow down, tune in, and explore the subtle dialogues between body, breath, and awareness, whether in a strong yoga asana practice, or a deeply restorative or meditation session. A 500h-trained yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, I completed my foundational and advanced trainings at the Soulspace in Zurich, with further studies in Katonah, Tantra and Yin Yoga, and now teache regular group classes, private sessions, and workshops. Teaching in English and German, I aim to blend clarity and gentleness with a modern approach rooted in respect for the history and lineages of yoga, holding space for students to be curious, courageous, and kind toward themselves.

  • In a fast-moving world, our breath is a powerful ally to help us reconnect, realign, and cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the living world.

With enthusiasm and positivity, I offer guided meditations that nurture grounding, inner peace, and a sense of connection with nature.

Each session is also an opportunity to strengthen our sense of community through open and meaningful dialogue among (future) changemakers committed to the well-being of both humanity and the Earth.

  • How do we thrive, not just survive, in these uncertain times?

I will open a space to learn together with leaders, practitioners, coaches, and mentors how we can cultivate energy, attention, resilience, and creativity as part of our daily practices.

  • My vision is to make strong mental health accessible to everyone, especially to those dedicated to making the world a better place. I believe mindfulness is a powerful way to achieve this.

In this training, we will focus on simple, practical exercises. My goal is to help you turn mindfulness into a concrete tool you can use in your daily life to handle challenges with greater clarity and calm.
