Being One with the Earth and Planting Seeds for Planetary PeaceDesigned to regenerate and revitalize the personal and collective energy of a select group of high potential impact climate leaders, our Be One Retreat (second edition) offered a space for renewal, deep connection to nature and inspirational leadership, bridging personal well-being with community action.Our objectives were to:
- Ground in Mindfulness Practices
- Regenerate and Restore our energy
- Foster Community Resilience
- Develop a Shared Vision for the Future of Planetary Peace.
Together we agreed to continue co-creating the vision, strategic planning and partners mobilization to further unlock the power of collective action including with Caux, Club of Rome, Graines de Paix, Creators of Peace, Tamkeen Community.
Our focus is on systemic change, combing top-down policy and advocacy with bottom-up mobilization around the three pillars of planetary peace (peace among human beings, harmony between people and nature, and the humanization of artificial intelligence).
The Planetary Peace Partnership will bring together thought leaders from Club of Rome and Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation than can work together collaboratively to observe and act on the most urgent interconnected challenges, building bridges of collaboration beyond the logos, egos and silos.
It has the potential of gathering both the climate and peace communities into a better interconnected ecosystem to amplify collective action beyond sectoral divides, uniting and acting as one large and inclusive community. We plan to develop guidelines on the “Art of Planetary Peace”, with the golden rules experimented for our Trust Circle Dialogues.Together we have been reconnecting to our shared humanity, feeling more aligned between body, mind and heart, with a deep sense of belonging to the community and the Earth.
The experience has been truly transformative both at individual and collective levels, and we will continue engaging with the 2025 and the 2026 Cohorts of Earth Stewards who attended the retreats.We will host similar events soon, with priority given to our high-trust members.
