A bit about Climate Week Zurich

Inspired by New York Climate Week Zurich aims to bring together business leaders, policymakers, researchers, creatives and innovators to co-create and scale smart climate action. CWZ is much more than a conference: It’s a week-long, city-wide takeover featuring hundreds of events curated for thousands of people, a 'glocal' audience.

The concept is to accelerate the global sustainable transition by providing an inclusive hub of organisations and civil society around measurable, collaborative climate solutions, empowering them to drive actionable impact and build competitive advantage in a sustainable future.

In 2026, the first-ever CWZ will take place in Zurich, organized by a highly dedicated executive team and Board, and supported by a broad network of ambassadors and volunteers..

Climate Bridges at Climate Week Zurich

Climate Week Zurich has more than 250 events registered on the event platform. With so many (different) organisations collaborating and co-creating, it’s very helpful that visitors can filter by areas of interest, days and the Climate Week’s key topics. Our own event: A Mindful Lunch

In addition to visiting and engaging in several events, on Tuesday, May 5, Climate Bridges is collaborating on a unique event, together with GreenBuzz, the and the recently launched Switzerland Hub of the Conscious Food Systems Alliance.

Join us and GreenBuzz, hosting CoFSA Switzerland, for a nourishing midday pause. We're gathering for a 90-minute lunch that goes beyond the plate - slowing down to eat with intention, curiosity, and connection. Guided by CoFSA member Eva Monterrosa, a nutritionist and nutrition scientist, we will explore a simple mindful eating practice that invites us to notice what we see, smell, taste, and feel, and to reflect on the journey our food has taken to reach us. From there, the table opens up: a space for bridge-building conversations that stretch beyond our usual climate bubbles. Whether you're a member of the organizing parties, a longtime sustainability advocate or simply curious about the intersection of food, awareness, and community, this is your invitation to sit down, tune in, and connect.

Important: Bring your own lunch. We encourage you to avoid plastic where possible!

When: Tuesday, May 5, 2026 - 12:30 - 14:00

Where: HeadsQuarter coworking, Beethovenstrasse 48, 8002 Zurich - good tram stops are ‘Paradeplatz’ and ‘Bürkliplatz’. From there, it’s a short and leisurely walk.
