This week, you’re warmly invited to take this call while walking in nature, if the weather allows, or to create a peaceful setting wherever you are. For example by lighting a candle and preparing a comfortable seating area. If you get cold easily, you’ll also want to make sure to have some comfy socks or a blanket handy.
Drawing on my years of experience as a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator, I’ll guide you through a mindful journey that helps to calm the nervous system, cultivate presence, and reconnect body and mind in a deeply nourishing way.
