Global Climate Meditation for COP30

Event partners

An inner transition is essential to accompany the ecological transition.

This was emphasised in recent reports by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), the Club of Rome, and the IPBES (Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services).

Mindfulness practices can help cultivate both awareness and inner resilience—key capacities for the protection of our planet. That’s why, on the eve of COP30, Climate Bridges, in partnership with the Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA), Listening to the Earth, the Inner Green Deal, the Inner Development Goals Foundation and Climate Youth Resilience, will host the inaugural Global Climate Meditation on 9 November 2025 at 5:00 pm CET, with an exclusive intervention by Satish Kumar, renowned Indian-British activist, author, and speaker known for his lifelong commitment to peace, ecology, and social justice.

This one-hour online gathering will unite people worldwide in a shared moment of mindfulness and intention for climate action. Grounded in the understanding that an inner transition is key to the ecological transition, the event offers a space to cultivate awareness, resilience, and collective hope for our planet’s future.
